I did an emotional clearing session with Mallory the Joy Goddess. I went into this session not knowing much about it or how it worked but I had an open mind. Mallory explained each step as we went along and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. We talked about my relationships with the people in my life and how something I've struggled with for years had changed almost all of them. I was pretty tired the next day, which Mallory said was normal and was kind enough to check in with me to see how I was feeling. Now several weeks later I can say I've seen changes in some of those relationships and honestly in my willingness to be vulnerable in working on them. I was also able to let go of an item I've held onto for many years that made me cry every time I looked at it and I truly feel like a weight has been lifted.
